Every order is packed by hand in Cairo. Here is how delivery, payment, returns and refunds work. If anything is unclear, message us on WhatsApp (+20 109 029 3281) or email info@bstr.store.
Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in Egypt. We do not ship outside Egypt yet.
How long delivery takes
Your order arrives within 5 to 7 working days from the day it is confirmed. Fridays and official public holidays are not counted. If anything delays your parcel, we will contact you by phone or WhatsApp.
Delivery fees
Delivery is a flat 80 EGP anywhere in Egypt, shown at checkout before you place your order.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery: you pay the courier when your order arrives. Having the exact amount ready helps the courier.
When your order arrives
Please check your parcel on arrival. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including the delivery fee.
Returns
- You can return unopened products in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- Our teas, syrups and serums are consumed or used on the skin, so for your safety we cannot take back opened products unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
- Gift boxes can be returned when every item inside is unopened.
How to return: message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and the items you want to return. We will arrange a pickup or tell you where to send them. For change-of-mind returns the return delivery fee is paid by you; for damaged, faulty or wrong items we cover it.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned items, we refund you within 7 working days by bank transfer, InstaPay or mobile wallet, whichever you prefer.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge at any time before your order is shipped. Just message us with your order number. If a cash-on-delivery order is refused at the door without a reason, we may ask for the delivery fee in advance on future orders.
